The Comfort Authority sold me a new system about half a dozen years ago and have been providing routine service ever since. I’ve had no issues with my system and love the service I receive. Once a year they reach out to schedule routine service to make sure I don’t find myself in an emergent situation. That convenience is huge, but even better every single person I’ve delt with, be it over the phone or in person, has been exceedingly courteous and professional. Today I had Luis over who took great care of my system and was very respectful of my home. Fantastic company!

We called Comfort Authority on Saturday but due to very busy schedule no one was able to come to work on our unit. Josh from Comfort Authority called us on Monday apologizing for the delay and was able to work us into the schedule that day. James and Steve came out and checked out our old unit that was struggling. They were very professional, knowledgable, and thorough. 0
