Really appreciate the way Comfort Authority technicians show up on time for appointments. The communication via text to confirm and update arrival time is awesome! Had routine maintenance today and Frank Basso did a thorough job! Appreciate him informing me of options available (air purification system, maintenance program) without it turning into a hard sell session. Comfort Authority has earned my trust! Update - Unit stopped running so Comfort Authority came out to repair. Same great communication by the office staff and technician. Arrived on time, and repair done (needed a capacitor). Update - Unit stopped again! About 6 weeks since last visit. Part replacement and Freon needed. All under warranty. The tech, Michael, was terrific. Described what the issue is and assured me there is no charge for this visit since all is under warranty.

Glen was amazing. Thorough, efficient and helped to get my unit back in tip top shape. He was ahead of the schedule and very polite. I would highly recommend this company.

Glen came out to fix a minor issue with my unit. He was punctual, friendly, and efficient. My A/C unit was completed in February and it has been running smoothly. My power bill in the summer was lower than last summer.

I have been using Comfort Authority for several years on several houses. They are always professional and don't leave till they solve the issue and the customer is satisfied. Today Glenn was my tech and he worked through the rain to get my system working.

Last week, Michael from The Comfort Authority came out the same day to investigate and resolve a drainage issue with our fairly new unit (installed by different company). Through careful troubleshooting, he discovered the root cause and recommended a viable solution that was also cost-effective. Michael had us up and running again within hours and we have had no recurrence of the issue. I really appreciated his clear explanations and patience in discussing our options as well as overall professionalism and trustworthiness. This can be hard to come by. We have also worked with other members of The Comfort Authority team for different concerns and maintenance. Chase, Seth, and Demmar have all displayed the same excellent customer service, friendly demeanor and effort to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I felt that they actively listened to me and were here to manage my issue without the constant upselling that I’ve experienced with other companies.
