Last week, Michael from The Comfort Authority came out the same day to investigate and resolve a drainage issue with our fairly new unit (installed by different company). Through careful troubleshooting, he discovered the root cause and recommended a viable solution that was also cost-effective. Michael had us up and running again within hours and we have had no recurrence of the issue.
I really appreciated his clear explanations and patience in discussing our options as well as overall professionalism and trustworthiness. This can be hard to come by.
