We'd been having problems with the wiring on our thermostat, and he fixed the wiring, and also helped us with another issue we had that he found while doing his inspection. Installed new heat pump on Dec 15 2023. Installation was conducted by Gary Clark, Zack and Peter. The whole job took only 7 hours and was done with minimal inconvenience. Very clean and no damage to the walls or floor. Very well done. The technicians were polite, knowledgeable and competent. Better than I expected, 5 stars all around.

Peter and Zack returned on Dec 20 to check things out and adjust some pressures to maximize the performance. Very prompt service and again, well done, 5 stars

I have never been as pleased with a AC company as I was with The Comfort Authority. They were the most professional company I have done business with since moving to Florida over four years ago.
