Great experience with Eric C. He even helped me remove a stuck shower head I couldn't remove myself.

Comfort Authority is very professional and customer service oriented. We had two HVAC technicians trouble shoot my system. Sean made the initial visit and Gerald did the follow up. Both services were performed in a timely & professional manner! Evan in customer service scheduling is the best! We had a trouble shooting visit from Michael and he got our system upb& running . I appreciate when service professionals take the time to answer my questions & educate me on my appliances and maintenance ! Thank you all!
