We've been customers of The Comfort Authority for nearly 10 years, since they installed our previous AC unit (also a great experience!). We have been on their Comfort Plan ever since, and recently had them install a new AC unit. What a great experience, the technicians were so respectful of our home and left it exactly as it was before they arrived. They explained perfectly how to operate the new thermostat and, no surprise, the unit is working perfectly! We highly recommend this company to everyone we know.
