Customer service has been top notch. The technicians that came out did a more thorough inspection than any company has done for us before. Additionally, they were patient in explaining things and making recommendations without pressure. Little things make a difference: 1. Even though they were told they didn't have to, they covered their shoes each time they came in the house. 2. They included me as much as they did my husband which isn't always the case.
